What exactly do I get?

How accurate are the doses?
They're careful estimates from your batch's numbers, using the standard math for home infusions. Real potency varies with your flower, decarb, and infusion, and only lab testing is exact. That's why the cookbook always says to start low and wait 2 hours.
Can I use store-bought cannabis oil or tincture?
Yes. Switch the calculator to "lab-tested oil" and enter the mg per mL from the label.
I'm new to edibles. Is this for me?
Yes. Start with the microdose recipes and the First Timer Ritual: 2.5–5 mg, then wait 2 full hours. Every recipe shows how to make it milder.
Is the 50 mg chapter safe?
Those recipes are only for experienced users with an established tolerance. They're clearly labeled, and each one shows how to lower the dose.
